A $400.00 security deposit is required to hold an apartment until it is ready, and must be paid before move-in. All apartments come equipped with washer/dryer hookups, dishwasher, refrigerator, and range. All  utilities are separate from the rent price and are paid by the tenant through the given companies for each complex. Pets are allowed with additional fees. All upstairs units are carpet/vinyl, while all downstairs units are stained concrete.
