• A $400.00 security deposit is required to hold an apartment until it is ready, and must be paid before move-in.

• All apartments come equipped with washer/dryer hookups, dishwasher, refrigerator, and range.

• All  utilities are separate from the rent price and are paid by the tenant through the given companies for each complex.

• Pets are allowed with additional fees. All upstairs units are carpet/vinyl, while all downstairs units are stained concrete.
